Bananas Foster French Toast

Bananas Foster French Toast 

3 ea French Toast
1 oz French Toast Butter 
½ ea Banana 
2 oz Foster Sauce 
.5 oz Pecans 
.25 oz Powdered Sugar
1 oz Whipped cream 

1.    Season all space on the grill with non stick pan spray
2.    Batter and Lay 3 pieces of sliced and halved brioche bread on grill space
3.    Cook each side to golden brown, flipping each piece half way to ensure even cooking 
4.    While French Toast are cooking, sauté 6 oz. of sliced bananas in 2oz of foster sauce until bananas are heated thoroughly 
5.    Remove French toast from grill and top with bananas and foster sauce from pan 
6.    Dust lightly with powdered sugar


Grown Up Grilled Cheese

2 slices Sourdough Bread 
1 ea egg (fried)
Pinch salt & pepper 
2 ea smoked bacon slices
2 ea tomato slices (lightly salted) 
.5 oz spring mix
1 oz smoked Gouda cheese 
1 slice Monterey jack cheese
8 oz fries 

1.    Place 1 egg on the grill to cook (cook to slightly runny), season with a pinch of salt and pepper
2.    While egg is cooking, take 2 slices of sourdough bread and add 1 oz of smoked Gouda, 2 bacon strips, 2 slices of tomatoes and .05 oz of spring mix 
3.    Remove egg from grill and place on top of spring mix 
4.    Top egg with Monterey cheese and add the second piece of bread on top 
5.    Place sandwich on the panini press for 2 mins, until bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted 
6.    Cut sandwich corner to corner
