A child sex abuse suspect accused of running from authorities in Mobile County was back in court Tuesday.

Larry Lett-Hall was brought into Judge Jill Phillips courtroom in a wheelchair, and still wearing a medical halo.

He was seriously injured in a three car crash in Prichard last month.
