MOBILE, AL (WALA) -

A child sex abuse suspect accused of running from authorities in Mobile County was back in court Tuesday.

Larry Lett-Hall was brought into Judge Jill Phillips courtroom in a wheelchair, and still wearing a medical halo.

He was seriously injured in a three car crash in Prichard last month.

Lett-Hall was wanted on kidnapping and child rape charges when the crash happened.

Investigators said he got into a car with two other people and took off.

Tuesday, Judge Phillips sent the charges of escape, marijuana possession, and attempting to elude to a grand jury.

Lett-Hall is due back in court December 13th on the kidnapping, domestic violence, burglary, and theft charges.
