Shootout inside Mobile auto parts store caught on camera

MOBILE, AL (WALA) -

Mobile Police are searching for two men involved in a shootout inside Advance Auto Parts on Wilson Avenue Wednesday afternoon. 

According to workers, a suspect in a black shirt punched a man in a blue shirt. Sales Manager Shameeka Watson said, "I guess the guy realized who he was or whatever."

She added, "He hit him so hard it knocked him all the way back here he stood right here and then just pah-pah-pah." The man in the blue shirt then pulled out a gun. "We just immediately started running" Watson said. Watson said both the men started shooting at each other. 

The man in the black shirt couldn't open the door and shot the door to get out Watson said. She continued, "He just went to shooting at the glass, pah-pah-pah, pushed it wouldn't move, so he said move, kicked it and went boom, and ran out of the door."

Surveillance footage shows the gunman in the blue shirt fire a few rounds at the other man before he took off.

Workers said the shootout lasted 45 seconds. The store said they have up to $1,000 in property damage. Police said no one was injured.
