Central Park Garlic Chicken & Golden Shrimp

Dream Dinners in Daphne demonstrates two delicious dishes you can assemble in store and have ready to cook at home!

INGREDIENTS:

Central Park Garlic Chicken:
Chicken Breasts
Zest of lemon
Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Chives

Panko Bread Crumbs
Dried Parsley
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Golden Shrimp with Parmesan Risotto:
Shrimp
Sherry Cooking Wine
Granulated Onion
White Pepper

Panko Bread Crumbs
Fresh Parsley
Chopped Garlic
Paprika
Granulated Garlic
Cayenne Pepper
Kosher Salt

Parmesan Garlic Blend
Granulated Onion
Sherry Cooking Wine
Alfredo Sauce
Unsalted Butter

STEPS:

Central Park Garlic Chicken:
Place chicken breasts in bag and add lemon zest, olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and chives.  In another bag place the bread crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
1.    Heat large skillet over medium heat sprayed with nonstick spray.  
2.    Add Parmesan crust mixture.  Stir constantly to toast to a golden brown, 2-3 minutes.  Remove from pan and set aside.
3.    Spray same pan with nonstick cooking spray, add chicken and brown 5-6 minutes per side (internal temp 165 degrees).
4.    Plate chicken and top with Parmesan crust.

Golden Shrimp with Parmesan Risotto:
Place shrimp in bag with sherry, onion and white pepper.  In another bag add bread crumbs, parsley, chopped garlic, paprika, cayenne and salt.  In another bag add garlic blend, granulated onion, sherry and Alfredo sauce.
1.    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Drain marinade from shrimp.
2.    Place butter into a separate med/large microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave.
3.    Add panko bread mix to melted butter and toss to blend well.
4.    Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
5.    Remove half of the shrimp from bag with tongs and place evenly on bottom of pan.  Top with half of the panko breads crumbs. With tongs, add the remaining shrimp and top with remaining breadcrumbs.
6.    Bake in oven, uncovered for 25-30 minutes
7.    Meanwhile, add rice to medium size pot with1 2/3 cups cold water.  Uncovered, bring to a boil, stir rice well and simmer on low.  Keep uncovered until rice is completely cooked, 10-15 minutes.
8.    Stir in risotto sauce and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes.  Serve shrimp over risotto.
