Beef O' Brady's is showing off their burger with four gooey cheeses and a Mozzarella plank to top it off!
2 slices Brioche bread
2 oz margarine
4 oz Parmesan cheese
2 oz cheddar jack cheese
2 oz mozzarella cheese
2 slices American cheese
6 oz Angus burger
1 mozzarella plank
Spread margarine on all four slices of bread and apply Parmesan cheese to two sides.
Cook one side of bread, cheese side down and other piece with cheese side up.
Cook burgers to proper temperature.
Flip bread and cook on other side.
Apply cheddar jack, slice of American cheese and mozzarella cheese to butter side.
Put burger on cheese with another slice of American and cut.
Place skewer with mozzarella plank on top and serve.
