MOBILE COUNTY, AL (WALA) -

Wet weather may have postponed the Mystics of Time parade, but a little rain did not stop the good times from rolling in downtown Mobile.
We caught up with revelers making the most of the last Mardi Gras weekend of the year.

They came out with their rain boots, umbrellas...

"And they're festive too because they're Mardi Gras colors so there you go," Channing Glenn said.

rain coats and Mardi Gras spirit.

"Rain never stopped us," another reveler chimed in.

"Nobody is going to rain on our parade," Marion Kelly said.

Revelers along Dauphin Street were determined to celebrate rain or shine.

"I don't think it really has dampened anybody's mood. We're having a good time out here for sure," first time Mardi Gras celebrator, Justin Naugle said.

"Yeah we're having a lot of fun. We're just making the most of it even with the rain," Makenzie Menaker said.

"We won't melt, you know. Rain or shine. We've got our shelter. Yes," another reveler said.

Since weather postponed the Mystics of Time parade, Blow House Brass Band decided to give downtown Mobile a show of their own.
"It's the best fun you can have. I mean this is spectacular and i think this is what Mobile Mardi Gras is all about you know, just completely chilled out and wonderful," Kelly said.

The Mystics of Time parade has been postponed until 8:30 Monday night.
And in Baldwin County, the mystics of pleasure Mardi Gras parade will now join the city of orange beach's Fat Tuesday parade.
