FOX10 News is learning more about the other victim in a Tuesday night officer involved shooting. Police said Robert Hollie left Fonda Poellnitz to die on West Ridge Road after he beat her and then shot her in the head before10pm. Poellnitz's daughter, Octavia said the two had just returned home from choir practice.

According to court documents, the two were married in Pensacola in 2013, but they divorced two years later. Despite that, family members say they remained in contact. Neighbors said they would often see the two together and even hear them argue at times.
Our research shows Hollie has no criminal background in Alabama.
According to Mobile County Metro Jail, Poellnitz has a previous domestic violence arrest, but court documents show she wasn't prosecuted.
In a press conference Wednesday, Mobile Police made it clear that Hollie is solely accountable for last night's tragic events. Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson also stressed the importance of finding help if you are in a toxic relationship.

"Sadly there are only one-in-four domestic violence crimes that are ever reported. Today as we mourn the death of Fonda Poellnitz, please note that it's important that if you are silently suffering that you need to reach out," Stimpson said.

Poellnitz's daughter, Octavia, said Hollie had threatened to kill Poellnitz in the past.
She also urged anyone involved in a violent relationship to get out.
