MOBILE, AL (WALA) -

This Caught In The Act is a follow up to a story we told you about on Monday. A suspected theft ring out of Louisiana uncovered in Baldwin County after a stolen truck's GPS led authorities right to it. While they ended up making two arrests, Lee Peck shows you there's a third suspect still out there.

The video shows three men breaking and entering into MW Industrial Services Friday, May 4th around 4 a.m. While they didn't seem in a hurry, the suspects knew exactly what they were doing.

"It's clear this is definitely not their first time," said Jim Landers, MW Industrial Services Owner.

Once inside, the suspects got to work.

"Went to town.. Stole tools... Stole a printer. Then came inside the office stole three trucks and rammed through the gate going out," said Landers.

It's all hard to believe for Landers because the trucks have the company's bright orange logos from front to end.

But what's even more surprising is the fact the thieves went directly for the surveillance camera DVR, which was locked in a specific room -- not known to many people at the business.

After having no luck with the lock -- one of the suspects hopped on a fork lift and ripped the metal door open, making way for another suspect to go in and take the DVR - disabling the surveillance cameras.

"They went straight to the steel door where in there is another room with a locked door where DVR was held. So all of the things that could have been done -- going straight to this is very suspicious," said Landers.

As you know by now, the DVR was eventually recovered in one of the two trucks which were equipped with GPS.

"When we pulled up trucks we noticed they were pinging. One about a mile away from here and the other was pinging in Bay Minette so the cops took that information coordinated with Baldwin County and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Department went and located the trucks among other things that they said were stolen," said Landers.

While at the scene Monday, two of the suspects showed up -- taking deputies on a chase before being arrested.

Deputies arrested Freddie Sellers and Greg Holder, Jr. Investigators say the evidence was clear and both men have been charged with receiving stolen property. Authorities are now following up with investigators in Louisiana after much of the property found was reported stolen from New Iberia, Louisiana.

But you'll remember there were three thieves and three stolen trucks.

The remaining stolen truck is a 2018 Chevrolet 2500 Service Truck MW Wrapped.

Maybe you recognize the third suspect. If you do -- you could earn a reward.

"We are asking for the public's help to identify this last suspect. We are offering a $2500 reward for the apprehension and recovery of our truck," said Landers.

Meanwhile, they've done some major security upgrades -- hoping not to fall victim again.

If you know recognize the man or have information in this case you're asked to call Mobile Police at 251-208-1700.
