(Meredith) – An employee at a Raising Cane’s restaurant in Missouri was fired after a viral video showed her using her bare hands to stir a large pitcher of tea.

Someone recorded a video of the incident at a location in Kansas City and later shared it on Facebook.

In the video, the female worker is all smiles as she makes the tea with her forearm fully submerged inside the container. She then pours the tea into a dispenser as a person is heard off-camera laughing throughout the entire ordeal.

The caption on the video reads: “Don’t drink tea from Cane’s, she’s tryflin cause we don’t care no more.”

As of Friday morning, the video has garnered more than 1 million views.

Raising Cane’s immediately condemned the video and said it fired the worker and others who were involved.

“We take the integrity of our products very seriously and we will not tolerate actions that compromise our high standards,” the company said in a statement. “We are incredibly disappointed by the actions of these Crewmembers, this is not who we are as a company and we deeply regret any concern caused.”

The restaurant said it will also provide additional training for all its workers to reinforce company values.
