Fugitive Files suspect accused of pistol whipping his brother

MOBILE, AL (WALA) -

This edition of “FOX10 News Fugitive Files” features a scenario as old as Cain and Able: violence between brothers.

Earlier this month, police say Nicolas Tate, 28, didn’t use a rock, but a gun to bash his brother’s head. According to investigators, Tate and the unidentified brother were arguing, when words escalated into an assault. Tate pulled a gun, and struck his brother so badly in the head, he had to have immediate medical attention. Tate ran from the scene and has been in hiding ever since.

Tate is no stranger to M-P-D. He has several outstanding warrants and now is charged with Second Degree Assault.

He’s described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. As far as distinguishing features, Tate has two, bright gold front teeth. He is considered armed and dangerous, so if you see him, or know where he is, call 251-208-7211. Remember, you don’t have to leave your name.
