From busy music careers to marriage and a new baby, watch as they juggle it all on Season Two of Tamar & Vince.
Singer/reality star Tamar Braxton will perform her R&B hits on the Gulf Coast in October. Braxton is part of the lineup for this year’s BayFest Music Festival. You can see her take the stage in Downtown Mobile Sunday, October 6th.
You can also get an inside look at the busy lives of Tamar and husband/manager Vince on season two of Tamar & Vince, airing now on WE TV. Tamar and Vince took time to chat with Joe Emer on Studio 10 about what’s in store for the new season. In this video, you’ll also hear about Tamar’s new music, what she’ll perform at BayFest and the birth of her new son; including a big issue she struggled with after the baby was born.
Following up on the success of her #1 hit single “Love & War” last season, cameras have caught all of the action since we last left off with power couple Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert. From her gut-busting one-liners and their explosive arguments, to the more tender private moments, viewers get a chance to witness all of the behind-the-scenes hilarity and drama in Tamar and Vince’s lives. This season Tamar and Vince will work overtime to juggle the preparation and arrival of baby boy Logan Vincent Herbert—the first child for Tamar and Vince—plus the launch of Tamar’s new full-length album, “Love and War.”
The youngest and most outspoken of the Braxton’s six children, Tamar started singing as a toddler. Tamar claims she knew as early as three years old that she wanted to be center stage. When the sisters formed The Braxtons, Tamar’s high soprano voice was in sharp contrast to Toni’s husky contralto. Then after The Braxtons broke up, Tamar and her sisters sang back-up for Toni. In 1996 (without Toni), the sisters released an album for Atlantic called “So Many Ways.” A few years later, Tamar explored her gospel and later recorded her solo debut album, Ridiculous, which got its name due to the many different musical styles on the album.
Tamar’s husband and manager, Vince, is the owner of Streamline Records and also manages other musical artists including his most famous client, Lady Gaga. Vince is typically the “straight guy” to Tamar’s big personality. He struggles to humor her extreme moods, colorful opinions and wisecracks, while she constantly pushes his buttons by just being herself. As their everyday challenges grow and get more complicated, Vince’s calm and collected demeanor will increasingly be put to the test.
Tamar Braxton will perform at BayFest in Downtown Mobile Sunday, October 6th at 6:00 p.m. on the Miller Lite/Wind Creek Casino Stage. The festival runs October 4-6th. You can see the full BayFest schedule and order tickets at this link: http://www.bayfest.com/index.php
