2 heads of broccoli
1 White onion
1 ½ sticks of Butter
½ cup wine
Mix equal part Dale’s Seasoning and water in large plastic bag. Marinate steaks for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
In a small pan, melt one stick of butter and some minced garlic. Bring everything outside next to grill.
On a hot grill, cook steaks for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, brushing with melted butter/garlic mixture throughout the process
Chop broccoli head into florets and slice white onions. Also slice carrots into strips. Set aside.
Bring ¾ cup of water, white wine and ¼ cup of Dale’s to a boil in medium sauce pot. Add broccoli, onion, carrots, 1 spoonful of minced garlic and ½ stick of butter. Once butter melts, add three spoonfuls of cornstarch to thicken sauce.
Vegetables will be ready to serve if you like them crunchy. For softer vegetables, cook 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Serve steak and vegetables along with any potato, pasta or rice dish.
