A big musical celebration in Mobile is coming up this weekend! The Blues and Grooves Fest is a musical celebration to help promote Down Syndrome Awareness.
The Festival begins Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Noon at The Malaga Inn in downtown Mobile. The event is sponsored by the Down Syndrome Society of Mobile County. 100% of the funds raised stay within our community to help fund awareness, therapy, dance and drama classes, support for new parents and many other wonderful projects for kids and adults with Down Syndrome and other special needs.
The festival is made up of local musicians, business owners, friends and family and other non-profits volunteering their time and talent for a fun filled day of music and awareness.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
