*LoDa Art Walk and Fall Market on the Square
LoDa Art Walk is tonight. Downtown tonight from 6-9 p.m. All of the galleries will be open with their new exhibits. Beautiful time of year to head down to Artwalk.
Also, the fall Market in the Park is back! Tomorrow is the first day it will be back, so get all of your fruit, veggies, honey, seafood. It gets started at 7:30 a.m. and runs until noon.
*Pink Heart and Ponies for Breast Cancer Awareness
October is the month we all "think pink" for breast cancer awareness and the OK Bicycle Shop will have their "Pink Heart and Ponies" event this Sunday to benefit Pink Heart Funds. You can donate your pony tail in their Pony Tail Drive. Or have a Pink hair extension put in your hair. There will be a Silent Auction and Raffle. Food, beer and drink specials and live music by Brett LaGrave. Things get going at 3pm.
*SPCA Gift Rummage Sale
We all love our four legged friends and the Mobile SPCA does so much to help the ones who have not found their forever homes yet. So to raise funds to help take care of these animals, the SPCA is having their GIANT rummage sale today and tomorrow. Gates open at 8 am at 620 Zeigler Cir W, near the Fairgrounds. They will have 1000s of items.
*42nd Annual Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores
All weekend long, arts and crafts, activities for the kids, two stages of live music, including Everclear, Willie Sugarcapps, Will Kimbrough, the Tip Tops and many more. *Seventh Glass Pumpkin Patch
Tomorrow in Pensacola head to the Seventh Glass Pumpkin Patch from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the First City Art Center. Admission is free. They have over 1500 one of a kind pumpkins of hand blown glass and hand thrown clay for purchase. The preview party is tonight from 6-8 pm and will feature live music, door prizes, and food and beverages. Tickets to it are $25 and you'll get first picks at the patch.
