1 Bell Pepper
2 Tbls Margarine
1 tsp Citrus Seasoning
10 oz. Shrimp
2 C Pilaf Rice
Cook pilaf rice ahead of time.
Melt margarine in a pan and add veggies. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add Shrimp and sprinkle citrus seasoning over shrimp and cook 2 minutes.
Pour hot mixture over pilaf rice.
Use lemon wedges to garnish
For an added treat, serve with hush puppies.
