Plain BBQ sauce
2 sprigs Thyme
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbs brown sugar
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
2 tsp blk pepper
1 tsp salt
*you will need a meat injector*
Mix creoloe or mesquite seasoning with Dale’s seasoning..not too think
Inject that mixture into your meat in several spots
Season of meat with marinade, minced garlic, and creole seasoning
Cook in olive oil until done
Heat BBQ sauce
Add minced garlic, thyme, lemon juice, brown sugar
Pour on cooked chicken
