1 Tandoor Chef Naan
1/2 tbsp pesto (basil)
8 sliced baby tomatoes (vine ripened baby)
4 olives (your choice--sliced)
3 ozs mozzarella (chunked)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas.
Put the thawed Tandoor Chef Naan on a baking tray.
Spread the pesto on the Naan
Scatter the tomatoes, olives and cheese on the Naan.
Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
Place in the oven and bake for 7-9 minutes.
You will know the pizza is done when the cheese is bubbling.
Pepper to taste.
