MOBILE, Ala. - It's a tough time for Apple. Sales of the iPad are falling.
Experts blame the slump on rivals like Samsung, who have taken advantage of apple's lack of updates. Apple is hoping to turn things around tomorrow, when it is expected to reveal the first updated iPad in a year.
The new iPad is expected to be slightly thinner, faster and include a fingerprint sensor. Apple's press conference invite promised to cover "a lot".

Toyota is recalling 870,000 vehicles over an issue that, in some cases, was caused by spiders. A problem with an air conditioner part could cause airbags to deploy unnecessarily. There could also be a loss of power-steering force.
Toyota says spider webs can cause a blockage in a drainage tube from the air conditioner condenser. That can lead to a short circuit in the airbag system. The vehicles involved are model year 2012 and 2013 Camrys, Venzas and Avalons, including hybrid versions of those cars.
Owners will be notified by mail to take their vehicle to a Toyota dealer where the necessary work will be performed free of charge.
