MOBILE, Ala. - One toddler's halloween costume has taken the internet by storm. The little girl, who's almost two, wanders around her house dressed as a stick-figure made up of LED lights!

Google says it can now take your handwritten scribble, and turn it into text. The company has rolled out a new feature to Gmail and Google Docs.
You can write out what you want to say with a mousepad or cursor. Google will do its best to create a typed version of your words. If Google can't decipher a word, it will offer a list of possible suggestions you can choose from. To use the feature you have to first enable it in your settings tab.
T-Mobile will give 200 megabytes of free data a month to customers who buy new tablets and use its network starting November 1st.
And, Twitter's six-second video looping app, Vine, just released an update. It gives the app two new features. The new "Time Travel" feature lets you edit videos. So, if you make a mistake while shooting, you can go back and remove, reorganzie, or replace any shot.
And the new "Sessions" feature lets you keep several drafts. So, you can work on multiple projects at the same time, and switch from one project to the other.
