Raise your glass to the weekend with a smooth whiskey and fresh herb cocktail.
Pale Blue Eyes
- 2 oz. rye whiskey
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- ½ oz. apricot syrup
- 1 oz. lemon & lime juice
Muddle leaves from two sprigs of thyme in bottom of shaker. Add 4 cubes of ice, whiskey, syrup and citrus juice.
Shake well and serve over ice in a mason jar (or a glass of your choice.)
Garnish with remaining fresh thyme sprig.
