MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Miss Spartan is a fundraising pageant to send Emery Chase Martin to Orlando to represent Alabama at the National American Miss Pageant. Emery and her mom Rissie joined Chelsey on Studio10 with how your little lady can compete in Miss Spartan in October.
