Financial Literacy with Capital One
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Capital One works with Khan Academy to provide access to free, quality financial education for anyone, helping all Americans to get one step closer to financial well-being. That’s why Capital One is leading a challenge that will champion financial literacy across the nation. Sanjiv Yajnik, President of Financial Services at Capital One, shares how everyone can be a part of history and attempt the Guinness World Record for the most users to take an online financial literacy lesson in 24 hours. The challenge will start Sept. 23 at 1 p.m. CT/2 p.m. ET. In order to set the record, participants must complete 3 lessons that will take around 30 minutes of their time. This event is about more than just setting records; it’s starting people on the path to financial well-being so they can feel confident, capable and in control when it comes to their money – and financial literacy is a critical step in that.
