Former Alabama wide receiver hosts youth football camp in Baldwin County

DAPHNE, Ala. (WALA) - Former Alabama wide receiver Germie Bernard hosted a youth football camp at the Bayside Sports Complex in Daphne.

The camp was for kids from 6 years old to 16 years old.

The camp had interactive sessions, skill stations and other activities.

Every participant received a team photo with Bernard, a limited-edition Flexwork football camp T-shirt and items from sponsors.

Bernard spent his last two seasons with the Crimson Tide after transferring from Washington. He was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second round of this year’s NFL draft.
