FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) -- It's still surprising why anyone would try to steal from a convenience store -- most are armed with surveillance video. That was the case in Foley earlier this week at the BP Station on at 3810 South McKenzie Street.

Foley Police say Tuesday, September 2 a man in a hoodie came in and stole some items. The hoodie was a good try -- but in the surveillance pictures you can clearly see the suspect's face. If you're not completely sure who he is maybe -- police have also released pictures of his Nike shoes in hopes someone will make a connection.

If you know who he is -- turn him into Foley Police.

Meanwhile, if you have video of someone "Caught In The Act" - we want to see it. Email it to us at fox10reportit@fox10tv.com. We may show it in our newscast.
