MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -- New video of a shooting last month at a Mobile apartment complex. As investigators try to identify two suspects in the case, Mobile Police are releasing the name of a person wanted for "questioning."

It was just after 3 a.m. Friday, November 9th -- an Infiniti rolls up in front of Campus Quarters off University Boulevard.

Two men get out of the car, the driver puts caution lights on and is seen returning moments later with a backpack as the car's remaining passenger moves from the backseat to the front -- and both men drive off.

Not long after the car returns -- the passenger now driving -- exits the vehicle armed with a gun and pointing it as he ducks behind a nearby parked car.

A white Dodge Charger appears and the armed suspect is seen walking towards them with gun pointed. He then starts running in the opposite direction seconds later.

Police say shots were fired into a 2002 blue Ford Explorer and bullets also went into a nearby apartment, where someone was inside sleeping. Fortunately, no one was injured.

While investigators are still trying to ID the two suspects in the surveillance video -- they want to talk to 21-year-old Jerpaul Levon James. They believe he has information about the shooting and say right now he's just wanted for questioning.

Police the two suspects will face charges of shooting into an occupied dwelling and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle.

Anyone with information about the case is urged to call Mobile Police.
