MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -- "Caught In The Act" does it again -- the suspect on an ATV has not only been identified but arrested.

It was a hunting camera that caught the suspect in the act -- stealing tools at a home under renovation off Leroy Stevens Road. The cameras put up at by the homeowner after being targeted twice before. They tell FOX 10 News they were actually surprised he came back a third time, and just how clear the pictures were.

We aired the pictures on Fat Tuesday. The next day tips started rolling in -- identifying him was 28-year-old Jamie Jemison. The story also shared on the Next Door App. It also turns out the four-wheeler he was on in the pictures -- also stolen.

Mobile Police caught up with Jemison March 13th. He remains behind bars in Metro Jail -- a place he's very familiar with. According to jail records, he's been booked 15 times since 2011.

Jemison is now facing two counts of Burglary 3rd Degree. He's due in court March 28th.
