You could hear them laughing as they approached the home -- their every move recorded by a doorbell camera.

"They thought it was funny. We could hear them laughing in the video... And whoever was driving of course felt comfortable for them to do it also," said Arthur Madise, homeowner.

Watch the video and you would see them taking two packages. Madise telling us the packages were nothing of real value -- just some school clothes for his daughter.

"Still, I was upset. I was upset -- they felt comfortable enough to come on my front steps and steal packages from us. And I couldn't believe what I saw," said Madise.

While the girl on the right hid her face -- the girl on the left did not. Madise says she personally returned the packages Wednesday morning after seeing herself on FOX 10 News the night before.

It's still unclear if any charges will be filed.

Meanwhile, keep those videos coming. If you have video of someone "Caught In The Act" -- email it to us at fox10reportit@fox10tv.com. We may show it in our newscast.
