It's a story you first saw on FOX 10 News "Caught In The Act" -- a break-in at Elite Motors in Mobile.

The suspect gained access through a side door after throwing a rock through the glass and kicking it in. He managed to cover his bright blonde hair with his shirt -- but failed miserably in hiding his face. The surveillance camera getting a very clear shot as he made his way through the inside of the building.

A day after we put his picture out there -- Mobile Police were able to identify and arrest 22-year-old Tyler Draine on Wednesday.

Elite Motors Owner Kevin Saadi was surprised the arrest happened so fast.

"I was like... it's going to take two weeks, three weeks, if it happens at all," said Saadi. "But I was very relieved to know they had been caught. It's proof the system works. Thanks to the police department, thanks to FOX News for putting the video out there because that was a huge lead for the police department to catch the suspect."

Draine is now charged with two counts of burglary and remains in Metro Jail -- a place he's been before.

"Like I said before -- you can run but you can't hide -- because you know you are going to get caught," said Saadi.
