UPDATE: One day after he appeared on FOX10 News Fugitive Files, Allen Sprinkle was arrested and booked into Mobile County Metro Jail on charges of theft and criminal trespassing. 



MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -- Mobile Police looking for a guy they say acted on a real crime of opportunity: he stole an unattended truck.

Allen Wesley Sprinkle

This is 20 year old Allen Wesley Sprinkle. Investigators say last month, he drove off in a pick-up truck which had been left running in front of a salvage business on the I-65 West Service Road, north of Moffett Road. A witness identified him from security camera video. He hasn't been seen since, but Mobile Police believe he's still in the area.

Allen Sprinkle is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds. He's charged with First Degree Property theft.
