FOLEY, Ala. -- The final gun from a Foley pawn shop burglary has been recovered, according to police.
The Foley Police Department released the following on Friday:
"The last remaining rifle has been recovered in this burglary case through a continued search and investigation. ATF and Fairhope Police Department have provided assistance to our department from start to finish to help get these guns back off the street.
"A subject was identified that purchased the gun but discarded it after hearing about the burglary and arrests. That person has been located and took police to where the gun was discarded in the woods. The subject was cooperative with police on the recovery. No charges are being filed at this time."
The burglary occurred earlier this month at Gulf Gun & Pawn.
A male juvenile was arrested in connection to the robbery, police said. Two others were also charged. Moses Isaiah Horace of Robertsdale and Dorian Richardson of Loxley, both 18, turned themselves in to authorities.
According to police, Horace and Richardson directed police to a wooded area in Marlow where they had discarded the weapons. Officials said a ground search recovered all but one of the stolen weapons at that time.
The recovered weapons include three AR style rifles, two Century Arms Rifles, and an ISSC MK22.
Richardson and Horace are both charged with one count of Burglary 3rd and one count of Theft of Property 2nd.
