Foley Police say four people are under arrest following an armed robbery at an apartment complex Wednesday night.

They say 22 year old Anthony Duane Kendrick, 19 year old Justis Rea Kendrick, 19 year old Skyler T. Baldwin, and 20 year old Eathan G.H. Saunders have all been charged in the case.

Foley Police say this happened at the Alison Pointe apartment complex on County Road 20 west in Foley.

Foley police say they answered a call of an armed robbery in progress.

They say three of the suspects forced their way into an apartment, armed with handguns, and demanded cash and valuables from three people inside, while one suspect acted as a lookout.

During the robbery, police say two of the men hit one of the tenants several times with a pistol, but police say the injuries weren't serious.

Police say as units were answering, a witness gave them a description of the vehicle.

They say patrol officers saw the vehicle about a mile away, stopped it, arrested four people, and recovered four weapons and all the stolen property.

Foley Police Lt. Tony Fuqua said, "The four individuals did not just randomly pick this apartment. There was a connection. They were looking for a certain individual that did not live there, but they felt the individual may be in that apartment, and the individual wasn't in there, but they just went in anyway."

Police say Anthony and Justis Kendrick were charged with three counts of robbery and one count of assault.

Baldwin and Saunders are charged with three counts of robbery.

They say the stolen property was probably worth under a thousand dollars.
