FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WALA) -- The Krewe of Mystic Mutts of Revelry unveiled their first ever queen and king floats Wednesday.

This is the fifteenth year for the organization’s parade that raises awareness and money for mutts across Baldwin County through The Haven animal shelter.

This year will be the first-ever walking parade for the adorable pups with one king and queen mutt getting the chance to ride in floats made in New Orleans. It’s a parade organizers say will be too cute to miss.

“To me, this is my favorite parade of the season. My husband actually does ride in another organization and he can’t hold a candle to these guys and all the fun that comes with that day,” said Shannon Hesse.

Mystic Mutts of Revelry's parade will roll on Saturday, February 23rd at 3 p.m. in Fairhope. Anyone can enter their mutt to become king or queen for the day on the krewe’s website. The deadline is Friday, February 15.
