A man was struck by a vehicle and killed Thursday morning on Interstate 10 in Baldwin County.

Alabama State Troopers said it happened around 3:08 a.m. near the Wilcox Road exit. Investigators said the victim, 41-year-old Christopher David Graham, and another man were walking on the shoulder of the interstate after their vehicle broke down.

Troopers said Graham was struck and killed as he attempted to flag down a vehicle. They believe that dense fog in the area played a role in the accident. No charges have been filed against the driver.
