MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -- The teenager accused of killing a Mobile police officer entered a blind guilty plea to a federal gun charge of having a stolen firearm.

Marco Perez will be sentenced on that charge in June. Perez is also charged with capital murder in the January 20 shooting death of MPD Officer Sean Tuder. That case has been bound over to a grand jury.

Mobile Police have said that Perez killed Tuder with a stolen gun.
