MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -- The man wanted for a double shooting in Mobile County has been captured.

The Mobile County Sheriff's Office said Victor Tarrance was found hiding in a house on Three Notch Road Wednesday evening. According to investigators, Tarrance refused to come out of the house so deputies sent a K9 inside the home.

Deputies said the dog bit Tarrance several times before he was taken into custody. He's currently at University Hospital receiving treatment for his injuries. Once released, Tarrance will be booked into Mobile County Metro Jail on an assault charge.

Investigators said Tarrance is responsible for the shooting that happened on Crossley Hill Drive around 9 p.m. Tuesday night. According to officials, one man was shot in the head, the other was shot in the abdomen.

The victims have been identified as brothers, Quarterz Crayton and Jabrandon Crayton.
