Prichard Police say they plan to file additional charges against Ladarrius McMillian in connection with that chase through a west Mobile restaurant Tuesday.
McMillian is in jail on warrants from seven previous charges.
But Prichard Police say they plan to file new charges connected to the chase through the restaurant.
Thursday, police told FOX10 News they plan to file six charges against McMillian: attempt to elude, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit, first degree possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
This was all in connection with the chase by Prichard Police through the Los Rancheros Restaurant Tuesday that was captured on surveillance video.
Police say McMillian refused to stop when they tried to pull him over, sending them on a chase down I-65 onto Airport Boulevard.
Thursday morning, McMillian was in court on one of his previous charges, burglary.
Defense Attorney Jeff Deen said, "Judge set a 3000 dollar bond."
Once the new charges are filed, McMillian is expected to be back in court to answer those.
