MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - There's a new way to check out Mobile's scenic waterways.

The Perdido Queen riverboat will be offering cruises departing from Cooper Riverside Park in Downtown Mobile. There will be two trips to choose from: a two-and-a-half hour dinner cruise with a buffet, live music and a cash bar, or you can take a 90-minute happy hour cruise with a cash bar and snacks for sale.

Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson said the riverboat is another way for people to experience and enjoy the downtown area.

Reservations are required and can be made on the Perdido Queen's website.
