"So we are celebrating Valentine's day with our tough love kickboxing class. We are going to do some great, fun exercising, and hitting the bags, kicking the bags. We've got excuses taped all over the bags that we can shred your excuses and let out some stress and have some fun,” said Philip Hayes, Owner of Mobile ATA.

There's two types of people on Valentine's day.

The people who evade the holiday all together and the people who knock out the best gifts.

"He didn’t want to come but he came for me for my Valentines,” said Becca Layton, a member of Mobile ATA.

"I wanted to learn how to defend myself from her. She's been learning punches and kicks,” said Justin Layton, Becca’s Husband.
