• Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast cut into chunks
  • Half of a chopped onion
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 3 Thai Chilies chopped
  • Half of a Cabbage chopped
  • One chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Green Beans
  • ¼ Cup Low Sodium Dales
  • 1/3 Cup Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons of Low Sodium Soy Sauce


  1. Marinate chicken overnight
  2. Get your Wok or pan hot
  3. Add vegetable oil (cover the bottom), garlic , and bay leaves
  4. Cook chicken until done
  5. Slowly add your vegetables (no particular order)
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes
  7. Enjoy

*This recipe is great with sticky rice, white race, or jasmine rice
