Ramen has become one of the hottest food trends out there, and now you can enjoy this brothy Japanese noodle dish any time! Erin shows us how to make ramen using the freshest protein around from Farm Fresh Meats.


  • Ramen noodles
  • Chicken broth
  • Sesame oil & seeds, toasted
  • Chili paste
  • Garlic/ginger
  • Low sodium soy sauce
  • Chicken bouillon
  • Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 6 minute soft-boiled egg
  • Bean sprouts
  • Kimchi
  • Sauteed shitake mushrooms
  • Green onions
  • Fresh jalapeño
  • Cilantro


Combine ginger, garlic, and olive oil in a large non-stick skillet and begin to heat. Add in shitake mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Add chicken stock to pan along with salt & pepper, garlic, ginger, chili paste and soy sauce. Simmer on medium heat until broth slightly reduces and flavors combine.

In a separate pan, cook noodles. Once they are al dente, drain and toss in sesame oil to keep them from sticking together.

Next, assemble ramen bowl by putting your broth in the bowl first, then add desired amount of noodles, garnish with all toppings and serve!
