Mardi Gras Tacos:

  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Pulled pork from whole smoked hog
  • Cilantro
  • Pickled red onion (red onion, sliced thin, with salt & lime juice)
  • Roasted corn
  • Cotija cheese
  • Lime crema (granulated garlic, lime, salt, sour cream)

Port City Sliders:

  • Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • Pulled pork from whole smoked hog
  • "So Good" BBQ sauce
  • Homemade slaw:
  • Shredded cabbage (green & purple)
  • Jalapeno, diced
  • Mayo
  • Sriracha
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Greek seasoning
  • Greek onions, chopped

-Assemble tacos and sliders with listed ingredients.
