St. Patty's Day is just around the corner! Studio10's Joe Emer took a trip to the headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. He met with Jennifer Darling who shared some great St. Patrick's Day dessert ideas.

Here's a closer look!

It's the most rich and decadent way to celebrate St. Patty’s Day! Here’s a look at a guiness and chocolate cheesecake. The base is crushed chocolate cookies.. And the cheesecake is melted chocolate, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and vanilla poured to perfection. You chill it overnight, sprinkle with chocolate chips and enjoy!

If you prefer to drink your dessert – try shamrock shakes! They normally come once a year… but with this all-recipes recipe, you can enjoy a frosty delight any time. Start with two cups of vanilla ice cream.. and a quarter teaspoon of mint extract. add 9 drops of green food coloring into the blender. Slowly add in about a cup and a quarter of milk and blend for desired consistency. Next, drizzle about a tablespoon of chocolate syrup into each glass. Evenly divide the shake between the two glasses… and top with whipped cream.. and green sprinkles for some extra flair. There are even more recipes at all recipes dot com!
