What do you get when you mix a little bit of heartache, a touch of Jameson and a healthy dose of soul? Symone French.

Born and raised in Mobile, AL, Symone’s earliest memories are of her parent’s eclectic taste in music. From Donna Summer to Bonnie Raitt, these influences have cultivated the sound that audiences across the Gulf Coast have come to identify with French’s diverse stage show. Symone has opened for touring acts such as Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk and Nashville soul-country duo Muddy Magnolias.

Symone has several upcoming performances.

  • Friday, Sept 28th Live at 5 in Fairhope with John Milham from 5-7 p.m.

  • Sunday, Sept 30th Callaghan’s with John Milham at 7 p.m
  • Saturday, Oct 6th, 1065 Music Fest at 5 p.m.

With a dazzling new solo routine in tow, French is continuing to write new music in anticipation of her first solo recording. To find out more, please visit symonefrench.com
