The ladies from Punta Clara Kitchen made peanut butter fudge. This sweet treat has a smooth and creamy texture with the perfect peanut flavor. It’s firm, but still melts in your mouth!
4 cups sugar
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
¼ cup corn syrup
1 stick butter
1 lb. peanut butter
Combine sugar, milk, syrup and butter. Cook to 236 degrees. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until thickened and pour into a greased pan.
