We've got a cloudy sky in place for your Friday and with southerly flow in place out of the Gulf, we'll see warmer temperatures and higher humidity. A front is stalled to our north so we'll stay on the warm side with highs reaching the mid to lower 70s each day and mornings only dropping to the upper 50s/lower 60s. There will be some rain to dodge as well. The coverage for today will be 20% and 30% for the weekend, so if you have outdoor plans keep this in mind but there will be no washouts or severe weather threats. Chances for showers and storms will increase next week. The odds will move up to 50-60% territory on Tuesday through Thursday. If you're a cold weather fan you'll have to wait a while to get that back on the Gulf Coast. No signs of any cold air returning through February.
