It'll be another day similar to what we saw and felt on Monday with muggy air and a decent chance for off and on rain.

The rain will keep our highs in the upper 80s with rain coverage staying at 60-70% for the rest of the week. We'll see off and on rain and storms that will track from offshore to onshore.

Heavy downpours and lightning will be the big threats we face from this so keep the umbrellas close by through Friday. High temperatures will stay under 90 degrees each day but the morning temps will stay above 70 degrees so no true Fall air arriving quite yet.

In the Tropics, we have Tropical Storm Leslie meandering in the north Atlantic that we'll keep an eye on plus three other disturbances. None look to be an issue for the Gulf of Mexico but we're still in the active part of the Hurricane season so we'll keep watching.

This weekend, we'll see less rain with highs staying in the upper 80s.
